Modern Garden Rooms were recommended to me by a friend because I was in a jam and needed my room built quickly and ready to use as an office as soon as possible. I met with the project manager on a Saturday and discussed the layout of the site and how the room would look when it was finished. On discussing the use of the room it was obvious that they knew exactly what they were doing and listened to me when I outlined how it should look. I was more than astonished when it was finished and ready to use a week later, from start to finish. I had not expected that at all. In fact, because I was under pressure they worked till after 7pm every day to make sure it was up and ready in time. I am grateful to them and so delighted to be able to write about their work ethic and their finished product. I would recommend Modern Garden Rooms to anybody without any hesitation based on my experience. I am planning to get them to do another job for me again in my garden to make it match the garden room. I feel it adds to my home and makes my garden look more glamourous and more inviting.

A friend of ours recommended Modern Garden Rooms having constructed a Garden room for him at his home in Dublin. We have 3 boys entering their teenage years and we were looking for more space for them and some gym equipment. Having discussed the design options with Ivan we decided to construct a 24sqm garden room incorporating a bathroom and storage area. We could not believe how quickly the whole process took and were delighted with the result and the quality of materials used. Ivan and his team also did some landscaping in our garden and laid some new granite patio slabs. After the work was completed the site was left very tidy and all debris was taken away at the end. W.F.H due to Covid, we engaged Modern Garden Rooms to build a 20 sqm separate garden Space. Not quite standard, the structure needed to be constructed around our 20 foot palm tree, incorporate a TV/Living “Teenage” Room, an office workspace within and to rehouse existing storage space whilst re housing a built-in Beam Hoover system. From the first consultation at the initial site visit, the ongoing advice and communication and the impressive work ethic from Ivan and his team, left us in no doubt we were in very capable hands. This, together with the quality of materials from cladding, electrical, insulation, finish, removal of site rubbish and restoration of garden etc and overall workmanship has produced a wonderful addition to our home. When planning, Ivan advised and it since transpired, that once windows and doors were delivered, his team would be immediately on site and the whole project would take ten days to complete. We would highly recommend Ivan and his Modern Garden Room Team to anyone contemplating adding quality garden living and working space to their home at an affordable cost.

Larry, Ivan and the team are incredible at what they do. We availed of their services in building a garden office/gym and shed combo unit as well as landscaping our back garden. Using the same team in doing both jobs together was a huge benefit for us. Between them, they bring decades of experience and know how in the building and landscaping trades. They really pride themselves on working, as well as using, materials of the highest standard; no corners will be cut in delivering an end result that Larry and Ivan are very passionate and proud of achieving. They will care as much as you do about the design and finish and deliver products to last generations. As they say themselves, they are in the trade for the long haul and making sure that their customers are happy in the short and long term is their priority. The team worked tirelessly, with as little disturbance as possible and very tidily over 7/8 working days to bring us just what we were looking for.
