Even a small garden studio is fully insulated and plastered, so it holds a steady temperature for instruments, paint and people all year. We plan the details around how you’ll use it, from acoustic panels and extra sockets to north-facing glazing for even light.

What is a garden pod?
A garden pod is a self-contained, fully insulated garden building — a standalone room in your garden you can use all year as an office, gym, studio or guest space.
Do you build garden studios?
Yes. A garden studio is one of the most popular ways to use a pod: a music or rehearsal room, an art or craft studio, a yoga or pilates space, or a podcast room. Even a small garden studio is fully insulated, so it is comfortable to use all year, and we can add acoustic treatment, extra glazing for light or a sprung floor depending on what you'll do in it.
What's the difference between a garden pod and a garden room?
They're essentially the same thing. 'Garden pod', 'garden room' and 'garden studio' are different names for a bespoke, insulated standalone building in your garden — we design and build them all.
Can I use a garden pod all year round?
Yes. Our pods are fully insulated across the walls, floor and roof, so they're warm in winter and cool in summer.
Do I need planning permission for a garden pod?
