Modern Garden Rooms creates extra space for family, work or play using framed construction units that produce contemporary, low-maintenance rooms designed around you.
Every room is built to last on a solid concrete base and insulated to A-rated BER guidelines, so running costs stay low and the space is genuinely usable all year round. Roofs can be flat or shallow-pitched, and the finish is chosen to complement your home and garden.
Whether it’s a separate home office, a gym, a studio or a quiet retreat, we pride ourselves on the flexibility to deliver a bespoke garden room built around your individual needs.
Your garden room, your way
Garden rooms add to the enjoyment of the family home. They make an ideal home office, a music or yoga studio, a family hangout or a home gym — a real room at the bottom of the garden, just a few steps from the back door.
One thing worth knowing: garden rooms are not intended to be used as living (sleeping) accommodation. Using one as a bedroom falls outside what these structures are designed and permitted for — we’ll talk you through exactly what’s allowed during your site visit.
